Purpose of the Store
This platform is provided to simplify the purchase of official school uniforms for Lighthouse Christian School learners. All products are supplied, managed, and delivered by Lighthouse Christian School appointed supplier.

Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and sizing information are accurate and up-to-date. Please read all size guides carefully before placing your order.

Orders & Delivery
All orders are placed online and paid for securely via the platform.
A flat delivery fee of R95 applies per individual order.
Orders are delivered to the school on a bi-weekly basis (every second Monday).
A school-appointed staff member will distribute the orders to the correct learner based on the name and grade provided during checkout.
Please ensure that student details are entered correctly to avoid delivery errors.

Final Sale Policy
All purchases are final.
No exchanges or returns will be accepted due to incorrect sizing, incorrect selection, or change of mind.
We strongly encourage you to use the provided size charts or try samples (if available through the school) before placing an order.
This policy is in place due to the nature of custom-branded schoolwear and hygiene considerations.

 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is clearly damaged or defective, please notify us via email within 3 days of delivery. We will review your case and, if applicable, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Payment Terms
All payments are made securely online at the time of order.
We do not accept cash or EFT orders outside the platform.
No order will be processed without successful payment.
